Pippin Cottage appears, from the outside, to be a traditional, Victorian terrace house but step inside and you will be instantly taken by the cool and contemporary makeover that we have created. Here old and new blend effortlessly to create a fantastic cottage that offer the ideal place to relax with family and friends, situated within easy walking distance of Keswick Market Square.
Pippin Cottage is located close to the park and overlooks the River Greta and is only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Keswick, a bustling market town with its vibrant mix of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
The shores of Derwentwater are a ten minute walk from the cottage.

In the cottage you will find..
Tea, coffee, sugar, a bottle of Prosecco, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, J cloth, Tea towels, toilet roll, bath towels and hand towels, body wash, moisturiser and soap.
Walled Garden
To the rear of the cottage there is a walled garden with bistro style table and chairs, just the spot for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
For those with outdoor gear there is a lockable storage for bikes, golf clubs and other sports equipment.

Here at Pippin Cottage, we welcome your furry companions.
We can accommodate two well behaved dogs.
Please bring your own dog bed, bowls and towels.

Hiking and Sightseeing
The Lake District is home to many beautiful walks and views.
If hiking isn't for you, take a drive around Lake Derwentwater and stop off at Catbells or Surprise View to take in the sights.

Keswick is full of great vibrant places to eat and drink.
Visit The Round for drinks and a gourmet burger or loaded fries, Treeby & Bolton for a great selection of light lunches and cakes or The Lingholm Kitchen in Portinscale for a walk around the walled garden and lunch at the amazing cafe.
Market
Every Saturday and Thursday there is a market put on in the town centre.
Each stall has a unique offering, ranging from local produce to arts and crafts, as well as a celebrated selection of hot and cold foods to sample on site or takeaway and try at home.
Outdoor Adventure
